Steve Engbrock, Vice President of Operations: 30 Years of experience in chemical plant design strategy, operations, and maintenance.
Charles “Chuck” Burgoon, Site Manager: With 51 years of rich experience in the construction, manufacturing, and fabrication industries, Chuck’s expertise spans pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and various structural projects. His global experience and numerous industry accolades underscore our leadership in meeting future client needs.
Carly Roberts, CAD Designer/Drafter: Boasting 20 years of experience, Carly’s precise and innovative designs enhance our custom solutions, representing precision and creativity in every project.
Trish Vickers, Office Administrator, A/P and A/R: Trish brings two decades of experience in accounts payable and receivables, Trish maintains our financial health and operational stability, ensuring seamless administrative functions within the company.
Andrew Fairchild, QA/QC Manager: With over 15 years in manufacturing for the oil and gas sector, Andrew champions our quality assurance and control initiatives, ensuring compliance with ASME and ISO standards.
Zachary Tanvir, Shop Foreman/Assistant Designer: With 12 years of hands-on experience in welding, pipefitting, and vessel fabrication within the oil and gas industry, Zach plays a crucial role in leading and enhancing our team. Currently pursuing a mechanical engineering degree at the University of Houston, Zach embodies the ideal blend of practical expertise and innovative thinking for driving future advancements.

Our expanded facilities, covering over 11,000 square feet, house cutting-edge machinery that empowers us to tackle complex projects with efficiency and precision. This, coupled with our recent investments in production equipment, equips us to handle emergency repairs, routine maintenance, and new project initiatives seamlessly while adhering to clients’ schedules.
Quality Control and Project Management
Quality Control is a cornerstone of our operations. Our rigorous QC processes ensure each product meets or exceeds industry standards, guided by meticulous oversight from conception to completion. This unwavering focus guarantees every project reflects the highest levels of craftsmanship and reliability.
With recent investments in more production equipment and an expanded workspace, Acme is well-prepared to offer timely and efficient solutions—including emergency repairs, routine maintenance, and new project development.
Project Expertise
As part of our ongoing collaboration with Third Coast and Third Coast Chemicals, we’re proud to highlight the successful execution of a major project from 2022—the D2-A 26,000-gallon, 10-stage distillation unit. Reflecting the spirit that “everything is bigger in Texas,” this project exemplifies Acme’s capacity to tackle large-scale, complex engineering challenges.
This impressive reactor, designed and built entirely by Acme, demonstrates our proficiency in ASME pressure vessel fabrication and our ability to scale operations to meet the evolving needs of our valued clients like Third Coast Chemicals.
The addition of this reactor enhances distillation capacity, allowing Third Coast Chemicals to expand their service offerings and better serve their customer base. The successful lift and set of this unit was a pivotal moment, showcasing the seamless execution and meticulous attention to detail that Acme brings to every project.
